Yoga Aid Making Waves in Ottawa
Taking full advantage of the sunshine in Ottawa’s Confederation Park, participation and enthusiasm were at an all time high last weekend. Yoga enthusiasts across the city were lead by a long list of well-known Ottawa instructors, raising approximately $6,000. Our CARE staff were thrilled that even pedestrians passing by were showing enthusiasm and making donations!
Congratulations!
Congratulations to Yoga Aid Canada who raised more than $14,000 with participants in other cities like Vancouver, Calgary, Whistler, Edmonton, Toronto, and Halifax. To date over $6,800 of the total donations raised as part of the Yoga Aid Challenge has been donated to CARE Canada, and there is still time to raise more!
Donation pages remain open until October 9th giving everyone an extended chance to donate and help the Yoga Aid World Challenge achieve their $1 million goal.
